Jigsaw was appointed by leading mobile network operator Vodafone UK to launch their first ever multiplatform digital loyalty campaign, called Vodafone VIP. The aim of the campaign is to reward loyal Vodafone customers with rewards that leverage Vodafone’s long-term sponsorship and support of Formula 1, and affiliation with Fashion and Music. Jigsaw is handling all digital elements of the campaign, including website design and build, and integration with Vodafone’s in-house technology.

Vodafone VIP rewards both pre- and post-pay customers, and covers three main areas:  F1, Fashion and Music. It offers Vodafone customers the opportunity to win ‘money can’t buy’ tickets; enter competitions; and to enjoy unique experiences such as McLaren F1 pit visits, in which they can meet some of the world’s fastest F1 drivers. Other rewards on offer include the chance to have lunch with Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton; to book advanced tickets for London’s Fashion Week and UK music festivals; and to benefit from discounts in many of the UK’s biggest online and high street retail stores.

The loyalty platform covers both web and mobile was conceptualised and built by Jigsaw. It enables all 17 million Vodafone UK customers, whether at home or out and about, to view the latest offers for VIP members.  The platform allows full segmentation to ensure that all customer communications are timely and relevant, and Jigsaw’s technology ensures that only Vodafone customers are rewarded by the programme.
